Lollypop Farm has joined a national competition to increase our cat and dog adoptions the most over during August, September and October. All with the goal of saving more lives of homeless pets in the shelter. Learn how you can be a part of the effort!

We're off to a great start!

Since the beginning of August, 237 dogs and cats have found loving homes! Thanks so much to our community for helping to SAVE THE LIVES of these pets and opening the door for so many more in need.

But we still have a long way to go! September is Spirit Month, so stay tuned for how you can step into the spirit of adoption.

Lollypop Educator Volunteers Wanted
Are you looking for a way to volunteer your time while making a big impact on someone's life?  Are you a Girl Scout working on an award?  Are you a high school student who wants to do community service for classes or college?  Become a Lollypop Educator (adults) or Junior Educator (9th – 12th grades)!   Learn more about being an Educator and how to register for training starting September 15.

Farm Petting Area Closed

8/11/2010—The Petting Area section of the Farm Yard at the shelter is temporarily closed to public visitors. Some of the goats and sheep living there are sick and need some time to recuperate in a stress-free environment. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

The Farm Walk that takes you past the horses, pigs, emu, deer, geese and cows remains open for visitors and adoptions. We hope to see you soon!

Get your Tails Waggin'! Saturday, September 25^th is set for the Race, Walk and Pet Festival to Help Homeless Pets. This 13th annual event is one of Lollypop Farm's largest and most popular fund raising events and the canine social event of the year!

Barktober Fest is an opportunity for pets and their owners to celebrate the human-animal bond AND raise much needed funds so that we can continue to changes the lives of homeless and abused pets in our community. Get started now!
